Services

Capabilities around a managed project.

VISOR manages technology projects end to end. These are the disciplines we bring to that work — available on their own, and stronger when one partner is accountable for how they fit together.

Business transformation

Finding the work technology should be doing.

These two start from a business process rather than a system. Each stands on its own — and each is often where a larger managed project begins.

BPA

Business Process Automation

Turn manual and fragmented processes into digital workflows that are faster, cheaper to run and visible to the people accountable for them.

We start from the process, not the software. We map how work actually moves through the company, find where people re-key data, wait for approvals or reconcile two systems by hand, and design the automation that removes that work. Often this is where a larger project begins.

What is included

  • Process mapping and bottleneck analysis
  • Solution design and business case
  • System and data integration
  • Workflow, approval and reporting automation
  • Rollout, adoption support and measurement

AI

AI Automation

Apply AI to real operations: agents, document and data processing, internal knowledge systems, and integration with the tools your teams already use.

AI belongs where work is repetitive, language-heavy and expensive in hours — reading documents, routing requests, drafting responses, answering questions about internal knowledge. We identify those cases, keep a person in the loop where judgement matters, and treat data handling as a security question from day one.

What is included

  • Use-case assessment and feasibility
  • AI agents and workflow automation
  • Intelligent document and data processing
  • Internal knowledge and search systems
  • Integration with existing business systems
  • Data handling, access rules and measurement

Technology capabilities

The environment a project has to run in.

Infrastructure, security and hosting are managed as part of the technology environment we are responsible for, whether or not we built what runs on them.

INF

IT Infrastructure Management

Planning, implementation and management of business-critical infrastructure — cloud, network, monitoring, DevOps, backup and recovery.

Every project eventually has to run somewhere. We design the infrastructure it needs, build it, and keep it maintained: documented topology, monitored capacity, patched systems, tested restores, and a recovery plan that has been rehearsed rather than written and filed. That includes the Microsoft environment most businesses actually run on — Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure.

What is included

  • Infrastructure architecture and migrations
  • Cloud, dedicated and network infrastructure
  • Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure administration
  • Monitoring, maintenance and lifecycle planning
  • DevOps, environments and deployment pipelines
  • Backup, disaster recovery and restore testing
  • Capacity and cost optimisation

SEC

Cybersecurity

Security built into the project and into the environment around it — assessment, architecture, vulnerability management and monitoring.

Security is part of owning a technology environment, not a product bolted on at the end. We assess what exists, set the security requirements before architecture is fixed, harden what is already running, and keep watching — because the threat model changes after launch, not before it.

What is included

  • Security assessment and gap analysis
  • Security architecture and requirements
  • Infrastructure and application security
  • Vulnerability management and hardening
  • Monitoring, alerting and incident response
  • Risk mitigation, policy and audit support

HST

Hosting Solutions

Managed hosting for production systems — dedicated servers, VPS and cloud infrastructure, kept available and supported by the people who set it up.

We size the environment to the workload, keep it patched, monitored and backed up, and stay reachable when something needs attention. Hosting is managed as part of the wider technology environment, not as a separate contract nobody reads.

What is included

  • Managed, dedicated and cloud hosting
  • Domains, certificates and DNS
  • Monitoring, availability and uptime alerting
  • Backups and disaster recovery
  • Migration from an existing provider
  • Ongoing technical support

Not sure which of these the problem needs?

That is a normal place to start, and answering it is part of what we do. Describe the situation and we will tell you what we would address first — including when the answer is a smaller piece of work than you expected.
