Core service

We own the project, not just a piece of it.

VISOR takes the project owner's seat on your side of the table: we define what should be built, decide how, assemble the people to build it, and manage delivery until it runs in production.

The arrangement

Between your business and everyone building for it.

Most technology projects do not fail on code. They fail in the space between a business objective and the people implementing it — where requirements are assumed, decisions are made by whoever is closest to the keyboard, and nobody owns the result.

VISOR occupies that space. We learn how the business works, write the specification, choose the architecture and the stack, assemble the team the work actually needs, and manage delivery against what was agreed. You hold one conversation about the project instead of five about its parts.

The work is the same whether the result is a custom system, an automation of an existing process, or a rebuild of an environment that has outgrown the way it was set up.

The model

  1. Layer

    Business

The objective, the process, the constraint

  2. Managed by

    VISOR

    Understand · Define · Architect · Assemble · Manage · Deliver · Evolve

  3. Layer

    Technology delivery

Development, AI, automation, infrastructure, security, hosting, external vendors

  4. Layer

    Business result

A system in production that the business can measure

Lifecycle

Seven stages, in the same order every time.

Each stage produces something written down — a specification, an architecture, a plan, a report. That is what makes the next stage possible to hold anyone to.

01

Understand

We learn how the business actually works before proposing anything technical.

The business model, the process, the people who will use the result, the constraints nobody writes down. A project that solves the wrong problem is still a failed project, however well it is built.

  • Business model and process review
  • Problem definition and objectives
  • Users, stakeholders and constraints
  • Expected business result
02

Define

We turn the business objective into a project someone can be held to.

Requirements written down, scope agreed, acceptance criteria set before work starts. This is also where the budget conversation happens honestly — including the parts of the idea we would drop.

  • Requirements and scope
  • Technical specification
  • Roadmap and milestones
  • Resource and budget planning
03

Architect

We decide how it should be built — driven by the task, not by what we happen to sell.

Solution architecture, stack, infrastructure and integrations, with scalability and security requirements set at the point where they are still cheap to satisfy.

  • Solution architecture
  • Technology stack selection
  • Infrastructure and integrations
  • Scalability and security requirements
04

Assemble

We build the right team around the project — not the project around an available team.

Depending on what the work needs, that means our own specialists, selected contractors, or external technology partners. Because we are not selling seats, the composition follows the specification.

  • Role definition and team composition
  • Specialist and contractor selection
  • Vendor and partner evaluation
  • Onboarding into the project
05

Manage

We run delivery: people, timelines, budget, quality and the reporting that proves it.

One point of contact for the client, and one point of accountability for everyone building. Changes are assessed against scope and budget rather than absorbed quietly until the deadline moves.

  • Roadmap and task management
  • Team and vendor coordination
  • Quality control and testing oversight
  • Risk, change and budget control
  • Communication and reporting
06

Deliver

We take the project into production and make sure it holds there.

Testing, acceptance against the criteria agreed in stage two, deployment, documentation and the stabilisation period that follows every launch.

  • Testing and acceptance
  • Deployment and production launch
  • Documentation and handover
  • Post-launch stabilisation
07

Evolve

After launch we keep managing the product as it changes.

Plan, build, release, measure, improve. The same team and the same accountability, applied to whatever the business needs next.

  • Continuous development planning
  • Release management
  • Measurement and improvement
  • Long-term technology roadmap

The team

We build the team around the project.

Not the project around an available team. Depending on the specification, that means our own specialists, selected contractors or external technology partners — evaluated for this piece of work.

  • Tech Lead
  • Solution Architect
  • Backend Developers
  • Frontend Developers
  • Mobile Developers
  • QA Engineers
  • Test Automation Engineers
  • DevOps Engineers
  • UX/UI Designers
  • Security Specialists
  • Data and AI Engineers
  • External technology partners

Roles are set by the specification, and the people are managed by us — in your name, against your budget.

What we bring to it

The capabilities a project needs, under the same management.

When a project touches infrastructure, security, hosting or automation, it does not become someone else's problem — or someone else's invoice to interpret.

We sit on your side of the table

We are not tied to a development shop, a language or a cloud provider. The technology is chosen for the project, and we can say when the honest answer is a smaller build.

One point of responsibility

Specialists, contractors and vendors are managed by us, in your name. You hold one conversation about the project instead of five about its parts.

The project stays legible

Requirements, decisions and status are written down as we go. What we deliver is documented well enough for someone else to pick it up.

Bring us the objective, not the specification.

If you already know exactly what to build, we can manage it. If you only know what the business needs to achieve, that is the better place to start — defining it is the first stage of the work.
